Maternity Portrait Preview!

We had maternity portraits taken last week (at 32 weeks pregnant) by Jessica Savidge of Savidge Photography and ArtEssence Studio. She’s not only my 2nd shooter at weddings 99% of the time, but she’s also a close friend and a fabulous photographer!

I know this picture doesn’t show off the belly, but it was too cute not to share! I’ll have belly pics soon enough. :) I just love Zachary’s expression and how Adrian and I are looking at him with happiness on our faces! It was a great moment and a really fun shoot.

Today’s Wordless Wednesday post is in honor of our good friends, Jason and Luciana, who just had their first baby, a beautiful little girl named Lana, yesterday afternoon! A few weeks ago I did a maternity shoot with them, and this is one of my favorite images that I created (click for the rest).

Happy birth-day to Lana and congratulations to our friends! We wish you all the same happiness and pleasures out of raising your precious girl as we have with our sweet little boy.

The other day Adrian and I picked up our gorgeous maternity pictures from our friend Jessica, and of course, I had to make a slideshow! Here are about 45 of our favorite images (though they are all awesome)!

The song is “Like Water” by Paul Kamm & Eleanore McDonald and has been used with permission.

Over the next few days I think I’m going to set up some posts to highlight a few of our favorite images. After all I need a couple drafts ready to hit “post” just in case I go into labor and need something to post for my dailies. :)

I couldn’t help myself and processed two more baby bump photos! I just feel so thankful that my husband is an amazing photographer and I’m lucky enough to be able to have a photo shoot whenever I want. :) Here they are:

I processed a few more shots from Adrian’s photo shoot with me… here are three new favorites! I think they will be wonderful additions to the baby’s photo album. :) So fun!!

I am really digging the texturing I’ve been doing on these… Photo textures is something that I do so often for my clients and LOVE the look and feel of… it’s super fun and beautiful, and I love getting to do it to photos of myself!

13 week baby bump!

Adrian and I had a great day today! We decided to take some maternity photos of my little baby bump, so we went to a nearby park and I got to be the subject of the photo shoot for once. :)

I’m hoping we can do another session like this at about 6 months, and another one right before I have the baby! It was fun to be the star today! :)
