New column! Anyone can tell you I am a bit obsessed with my iPhone. It’s strapped to me at all times – practically surgically attached my husband might argue. :) I have about a zillion apps and some of them are fun, interesting, and useful — so I figured I’d start writing about some of my favorites.
The first app I’m reviewing is Do It Tomorrow. The best thing about this little app is that it’s free! There are plenty of to-do list apps out there, and most of them are pretty complicated. They have set due dates, they’ll tell you when you’re late on something, and they allow you to categorize, tag, or add a description to tasks. Do It Tomorrow is not this kind of app. It’s super simple and only consists of two pages – one for today, and one for tomorrow!
At first, when I downloaded it, I didn’t really like it, but it grew on me after a couple of days because I realized how to use it alongside my more complicated to-do list app. It’s for small items that I want to remember, not for things that take more thought. Just little things that I need to remember and cross off my list. Sometimes I even use it to remember little things that I need to pick up at the store if the list isn’t too long.
This is such a great app for moms because it allows you to very quickly record your thoughts. And, again… it’s free. A useful app that doesn’t cost anything – it doesn’t get any better than that.
Check out my screenshots below to see how I use the app – and check out the adorable little coffee stain on the “tomorrow” page!
