Monthly Archives: March 2010 We are truly lucky with our dog, Maya, a longhaired mini dachshund. Maya is a small and somewhat possessive dog (never bitey, but she loves her mama), so when I got pregnant, I wondered what she would be like when the baby came. She really took to me even more and became very close to... If you know me and Adrian, you know that we enjoy wine. Though we certainly drink a lot less wine these days since having Zachary (and, well, since getting pregnant, obviously), I always enjoy relaxing with a glass of red wine after a long day or while watching a great movie or show. Adrian and...  I woke up this morning to the sound of cracking thunder, pouring rain, and my my baby, screaming his little lungs out from his bedroom. I jumped out of bed without even bothering to go to the bathroom (though I really, really had to go) and ran to his room to comfort him. I picked...  Tonight is the first night of Passover, and we’ll be celebrating the holiday at my parents’ house with the traditional Seder. I’m looking forward to matzah ball soup, brisket, and even the gefilte fish (which I enjoy with a bit of horseradish)! :) Happy Passover to all of my friends and family – and happy...
